FED’S Construction Supply & Services
Auditorium interior with timber-lined walls and stage lighting, built by FED'S Construction Supply and Services.
Bacolod City · Negros Occidental

From the supply yard to the turnover.

We build houses, churches and institutional projects — and we supply the materials that go into them. One contractor, led by an engineer, answerable for both.

What the name means

Supply and services, under one roof.

Most clients need both: someone to build the thing, and someone to get the materials on site on time. We do the two halves ourselves, which is why the schedule and the delivery van answer to the same person.

01 — Services

We build it

Residential, church and institutional construction, from ground breaking through fit-out to turnover, supervised by our own engineer.

  • New houses, one-storey and two-storey
  • Church works, perimeter walls and site development
  • Institutional fit-outs — halls, auditoriums, interiors
  • Renovation, finishing and painting
02 — Supply

We supply it

Construction materials for our own sites and for walk-in customers — ordered, delivered and accounted for against your bill of quantities.

  • Cement, aggregates and rebar
  • Hardware, fasteners and tools
  • Paint, including Davies
  • Finishing materials, plumbing and electrical supplies
Finished and handed over

How it looks when we are done.

Completed residential work, photographed after turnover. Interiors and finishing are part of the package, not a separate contract you have to arrange yourself.

How a project runs

Four stages, in this order.

Nothing moves to the next stage until you have signed off on the one before it, and the materials for each stage are ordered against that same schedule.

01

Site visit

We walk the lot with you, check access and ground conditions, and talk through what you want built.

02

Plans and quotation

Working with your architect or ours, we prepare the drawings, then an itemised quotation covering both labour and materials.

03

Ground breaking

Contract signed, plans blessed, first ground broken — and the delivery schedule for materials starts with it.

04

Build and turnover

Construction under our engineer, a punch list walked with you at the end, then keys and documents.
