Residential construction
One-storey and two-storey homes built on your lot, from ground breaking through to the punch list. Finishing and interior work are part of the same contract.

Work on a building that already exists — including one another builder left unfinished. We survey first and quote from what is actually on site, not from the original plan.

What we carry.
Materials for our own sites and for walk-in customers. Tell us the quantity and where it is going, and we will come back with a price and a delivery date.
Cement & aggregates
Cement by the bag, sand, gravel and hollow blocks, delivered by the load.
Steel & rebar
Reinforcing bars, tie wire, angle bars and metal framing.
Hardware & tools
Fasteners, hand tools, consumables and the small items that stop a day’s work when they run out.
Paint
Interior and exterior paint, including Davies, with the primers and sundries to go with it.
Plumbing & electrical
Pipes, fittings, wiring, boxes and fixtures for rough-in and finishing.
Finishing materials
Tiles, boards, doors, and the trims and adhesives that come with them.
Buying for a project we are building? The materials are listed line by line against your bill of quantities, so you can see exactly what each stage costs.
We build with architects, not around them.
Several of our projects are designed by ARKICELO — Ar. Glen Paul B. Celo, UAP — and we work the same way with an architect you bring yourself. The drawings stay the architect’s; the schedule, the trades and the materials are ours.
